Jesus Appears to His Disciple

 Luke 24: 35:48

The holy Gospel of God

the two then explained to them what had happened on the road, and how they had recognized the Lord when he had broke the bread. While the two  were telling them this, suddenly the Lord himself stood ,on them and said to them, peace be with you. they were terrified, thinking that they were seeing a ghost. But he said to them, " Why are you alarmed? Why are these doubts coming up in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet, and see that it is myself. Feel me and  you will know, for a ghost doesn't have flesh and bones, as you can see I have. He said this and showed them his hands and feet. they still could not believe, they were so full of joy and wonder, so he ask them, do you have anything there to eat?. they gave him a piece of cooked fish , which he took and ate in their presence. then he said to them, these are the very thing I told you about while I was still with you: everything written about me in the Law of Moses, the writing of the prophets, and the Psalms had to come true". Then he opened their minds to understand the scripture, and said to them, this is what is written: the Messiah must suffer and must rise from the dead three days later, and in his name the message about repentance and the forgiveness of sins must be preached to all nation, beginning in Jerusalem. You are witness of these things.

My insight into today's verse

As I read this verse, I observe that when Jesus appears to the people, especially the disciple, the reaction that they have is fear and doubt, but Jesus humbles himself and explains to them that he is alive and there should be nothing to fear for. After it was verified that Jesus was alive, they felt wonder and amazement at the risen Lord Jesus. Jesus emphasized that what happened to him was all in the scripture to save us from all of our sin and to encourage the disciples to spread the good news to the world.

In my everyday life, it reflects on me that Jesus is always beside me whenever I go, that he is there to help me, guide me in my daily life, and sometimes I was overwhelmed by the things that I needed to do that I did not first acknowledge Him on the first day of the morning. I felt guilt sometimes because of the thought that I did not acknowledge God first and that I was unconsciously identifying myself as an ungrateful child of God. I reflected that God is so happy when I first communicate with him to grow my relationship with him, but our God is a loving God. He understands you deeply. As you do your best, you are demonstrating goodness to others in the same way that God has blessed you in your life. In your simple life and work, you can reflect God's goodness when you give your best and with pure intention and love. You know that God is there in your heart working in you and you are also growing in your relationship with him. As we grow and develop more, we can reach more people to share our blessings with them. It is one simple way of spreading the goodness of the Lord.

Nutrition and foods to consume while breastfeeding your child

Hi, You have a beautiful baby there. That little human you have is the best blessing you have right now. I know that you really love your baby and you want to give him the best. You want to provide and give a better life than you have ever experienced in the coming days in this world.  One of the greatest investments that you can make right now that will benefit your baby is to start the right nutrition early to see your baby healthy, that is, away from harmful disease. Since your baby will solely depend on your milk for breastmilk for the first 6 months, your nutrition will greatly influence the nutrition of your baby. Your body produces milk and the composition depends on your diet. For example, the fat ( fatty acids) content of your milk depends on your current diet as well as the milk concentrations of selenium, iodine, and some of the water-soluble B vitamins. Your baby is growing fast, and it needs enough nutrients to support it. The breast milk that comes from you is very im...

8 Practical Ways to Love Yourself

Part of self-improvement is learning to love yourself properly. I've shared in my previous blog regarding my journey of self-improvement. Those experiences led me to this area of my life that I want to improve. I've researched, read books, articles, journals, and watched videos related to this area of interest that I want to improve in. That simple step is a life changer. It helps me in my progress. I just want to share my humble learning that might help you. All the information that I gathered in that article, books, and audiobooks was really helpful, but the core heart of self-love I found in the Bible, 1 Corinthians 13:4–8. Love is kind and patient; it does not envy or boast, and it is not arrogant or rude.It does not insist on its way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears everything, believes everything, hopes everything, and endures everything.Love never ends. As I read this verse over and over again, it...
