Be at Peace with the Uncontrollable in Life.

Hi Gorgeous,

Do you ever get frustrated with the constant life crisis that you experience? We experience a continuing increase in the price of gas that results in a high inflation rate and daily struggle?

Well, I would say I am. I felt overwhelmed by all of these challenges that I face that are preventing me from accomplishing and pursuing my goals. At some points, I felt so tired with no motivation to take one step to keep fighting. The thought that there is no hope anymore because of this experience that I have, but through self-awareness and prayer, I am slowly recovering and moving forward. I observe and acknowledge that I am going through other challenges to accomplish my goals. There are some activities that I do that get me back on track and keep me moving forward. I'll share some of this activity that might be useful to you.

Helpful ways to deal with uncontrollable.

1. Knowing the things that you can control and uncontrollable.

Have a piece of paper and write down all that you can control and all that is uncontrollable. Some of the examples of controllable are your mindset, emotions, behavior, and environment (if you have your own space, like your own house or own room). The uncontrollable are the weather, politics and economic status like inflation rate or high price of gas, other people's behaviors, other people's thoughts and mindsets, and the environment.

2. Accept the uncontrollable

Looking at that list of uncontrollable, know that you don’t have access to change and influence that is beyond your control. Not everything in life is in our hands and we choose to let go and surrender it to God. That he is in control of these things so that he may make a way that it is seen that there is no way.

3. Focus on the things that you have control with.

Enrich your daily gratitude list first thing in the morning and evening. Writing allows the brain to refocus on the blessing that is already in your life. Examine your resources and strategies to use those resources in order to continue to grow, develop and achieve your goals or dreams in life. Acknowledging your progress, whether by documenting your progress and writing the insight or learning from a mistake, will provide a sense of accomplishment. Then formulate a solution and take action while learning. As you will learn, those are the results that you are progressing toward your goals. Keep in mind what to focus on, work on it with prayers, and know that you are doing your best every day. That is one way to live meaningfully.
4. NEVER stop Praying.

As long as we live in this world, we are affected by other people’s decisions, actions, and behaviors; environmental structure; and natural disasters. It is part of this world that needs to be accepted and be at peace in knowing that in those things that we don’t have direct control, you are able to surrender it to the ones who are capable of doing the impossible. You continue to choose to live with the intention of giving love not just to yourself but also to those around you. As you also acknowledge, it is not easy to do this every day. It is an everyday challenge (spiritual battle) that we consciously decide and work out until we grow in maturity in facing and managing this challenge every day of our life. May we have the inner peace to know that in this world of chaos, you choose to live your life with love, courage, and goodness.

Nutrition and foods to consume while breastfeeding your child

Hi, You have a beautiful baby there. That little human you have is the best blessing you have right now. I know that you really love your baby and you want to give him the best. You want to provide and give a better life than you have ever experienced in the coming days in this world.  One of the greatest investments that you can make right now that will benefit your baby is to start the right nutrition early to see your baby healthy, that is, away from harmful disease. Since your baby will solely depend on your milk for breastmilk for the first 6 months, your nutrition will greatly influence the nutrition of your baby. Your body produces milk and the composition depends on your diet. For example, the fat ( fatty acids) content of your milk depends on your current diet as well as the milk concentrations of selenium, iodine, and some of the water-soluble B vitamins. Your baby is growing fast, and it needs enough nutrients to support it. The breast milk that comes from you is very im...

8 Practical Ways to Love Yourself

Part of self-improvement is learning to love yourself properly. I've shared in my previous blog regarding my journey of self-improvement. Those experiences led me to this area of my life that I want to improve. I've researched, read books, articles, journals, and watched videos related to this area of interest that I want to improve in. That simple step is a life changer. It helps me in my progress. I just want to share my humble learning that might help you. All the information that I gathered in that article, books, and audiobooks was really helpful, but the core heart of self-love I found in the Bible, 1 Corinthians 13:4–8. Love is kind and patient; it does not envy or boast, and it is not arrogant or rude.It does not insist on its way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears everything, believes everything, hopes everything, and endures everything.Love never ends. As I read this verse over and over again, it...
